Shipping policy

The following delivery timeframes encompass both production and shipping periods. Once your order is dispatched, we will send you an email containing tracking details. Please note that some countries may require local customs and duties to be paid to the courier upon or before delivery. For specific information about your country, consult your local authorities.

We often manufacture and ship your order on the next business day, with the exception of custom products, or any products noted otherwise. Production times and delivery will vary for all custom products.

Below are standard production times for Wallpaper, and Home Goods.

Production: 2-4 business days
Delivery: 3-10 business days

Please be aware that orders placed during weekends and holidays (bank holidays or "red days") will be processed on the subsequent business day.

If there is a production delay (applicable to custom-made murals), you have the option to cancel your purchase at no additional cost.

We are not responsible for any delays caused by the logistics company. However, our customer service team is always available to assist you.

Be advised that during promotional campaigns, production and delivery times may be extended.
