Refund policy
We accept returns on damaged or faulty goods for 30 days for our in-stock items, however the customer is responsible for return shipping.
As some of our products are custom and/or made-to-order, these items cannot be returned.
However, you can cancel an order before it enters the production stage. We typically manufacture and ship orders on the next business day. To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team promptly.
We offer a one-year guarantee. The product guarantee covers initial errors, meaning any defects present in the product upon delivery. Faulty or damaged products received will be returned and exchanged at no additional cost.
We will not compensate for extra costs that may arise during installation, such as additional labor or materials. Customers are responsible for inspecting the product before installation. We do not provide reimbursement for incorrect installations. In the event of a dispute, we will adhere to the recommendations of the public complaints committee.
